At SoftDaysLab, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is completely stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
